The reflection of the Golden Pavilion in the water was perfect.
この日は穏やかな気候で池に写された金閣寺もきれいでした。
Amanda said-
I cannot begin to express my wonder at this place. If I had seen this pavilion in a film, I would have said that it was computer generated, because nothing could look like this. What a marvel.
どう表現したら良いのか、もし映像で見たとしたら、コンピューターで作られたものと思ってしまうかも。
I was so happy to enjoy Kyoto with Amanda's family. I couldn’t believe that she was in Japan at even that time.
京都にアマンダと一緒にいるなんて・・京都に行ってもまだアマンダが日本に来てくれ事が夢のようでした。
Amanda said-
We were so happy to be there! It feels like it was a dream to me, too! What I enjoyed (and appreciated) the most about our time in Japan was the number of different places we visited. I was struck by how different Kyoto felt from the other cities we had been to. It felt like a world unto itself. The flavor and culture seemed from a different time and place.
アマンダ達も日本に来た事が夢のようだったと言ってくれました。
色々なところに行けて良かったし．京都は他に行ったところと印象が違って、独自の世界があって、そこにタイムスリップしたかのように趣、文化が他と違っていたそうです。

It is said that the view of the Golden Pavilion from Sekkatei in the setting sun is outstanding; it is the reason the tea-ceremony room was built here.
Sandie took a picture of the Golden Pavilion from this place, although my husband and I didn't tell it to her.
She is a good photographer!
日が沈む頃に夕佳亭から眺める金閣寺の眺めがすばらしいと言われています。
だからこそ、この茶室がここに建てられたわけです。
サンデイにはその説明まではしなかったのに
